These terms govern use of the PNP Fly Away Promotions website and client account tools. By creating an account or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms.
PNP provides digital marketing, content creation, and related consulting. The public website describes our work. A client account lets you share profile details and project preferences. Actual campaign work is agreed separately, usually by email or a written proposal.
Submitting a contact form or creating an account does not create a paid contract. Work starts only when both sides agree scope, timeline, and fees.
Fees, payment timing, and refund rules are set in the individual proposal or invoice for your project. Website package descriptions are examples only unless confirmed in writing.
The website design, branding, and original PNP materials belong to PNP. Client-supplied assets remain the client’s property. Finished deliverables created for a paid project are licensed or assigned as stated in that project agreement.
You may not use the site to attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, upload malware, harass others, or submit unlawful content. We may remove content or close accounts that violate this.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, PNP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or platform account penalties. Our total liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
